The following Bill Moyers video is an excellent overview of the problem of crony capitalism. The focus of the piece is an interview with David Stockman, former Director of OMB (Office of Management and Budget) under President Reagan. Moyers, a Democrat and Stockman, a Republican both see the problem through the same objective lens and agree on the significant rise in corruption and decline of democracy. Please leave your ideologies to the side for about 45 minutes and hear the truth of the biggest problem facing the country - the rise of fascism which is defined as the combination of Big Business and Big Government working together in collusion against the interests of the common people.
